Returns & Exchanges Policy
Returns
We thank you for your purchase and hope that you are happy with your products. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept most returns by mail within 30 days of the date of purchase. Please note the following conditions:
- Items must be new, unused, and in the original condition and packaging as it was received
- Gift cards are not eligible for return/refund
- Sale items are not eligible for return/refund
- Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable, unless the item is being returned as a result of our error (i.e. defective or damaged product, wrong item sent, etc.)
To start your return process, please email gearstore@regulatormarine.com or contact The Polka-Dot Palm in Edenton, NC. by phone at 252-482-2670. You will be given a return authorization at that time. For your protection, we encourage you to send your return via UPS, FedEx, or another trackable shipping service.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that the return process has begun. Refunds will be issued in the form of an e-mailed gift card and can be expected 2-3 business days after processing. To expedite processing, please be sure to include the following information:
- Your name and original order number
- Your return authorization code (if you were provided one)
- The email address of where you would like to receive your refund card.

Exchanges
Need a different fit/color/style? We will gladly initiate an exchange by mail within 30 days of the date of purchase. Please note the following conditions:
- Items must be new, unused, and in the original condition and packaging as it was received
- Sale items are not eligible for exchange
